Opportunity Corridor will be a three-mile boulevard of revitalization, breathing new life into Cleveland neighborhoods and improving access to the jobs, education and culture located in University Circle. This new boulevard will be a catalyst for reinvestment into nearby communities with the well-planned redevelopment of more than 200 acres of underutilized land into vital, neighborhood assets. The project will improve connections between I-490 and University Circle, where 45,000 Greater Clevelanders work and 2.5 million people visit annually.
Project Overview

The Opportunity Corridor is a transportation project that supports job growth, community improvement, the mobility of people, quality of life and the local environment. It will improve and invigorate parts of the City that have long been underutilized. More than just a boulevard, this project will provide an economic shot in the arm to Cleveland’s east side.
